Dry sausage is very popular as an aperitif and pleases everyone.
The famous dry sausage is matured for 3 weeks.
 
Conservation
Like all our natural gut sausages, dry sausages can be stored at room temperature in a dry and ventilated place. Of a fine calibre, it dries very quickly, consume it first!
 
Consumption advice
The dry sausage is best served sliced thinly and as an aperitif. Pleasing to young and old alike!
