With a minimum of 6 weeks of drying, the Aldudes salami develops an old-fashioned taste and seduces with its sweetness and hazelnut aromas.
Enjoy the Aldudes salami as an aperitif or as a starter with guindillas or cherries in vinegar.

 

Conservation
Aldudes salami can be stored in the air in a dry and ventilated place. If you like it soft, wrap it in a dry cloth and in the crisper; the cold will slow down its drying.

 

Consumption advice
With a toothless knife, slice your Aldudes salami as an aperitif.
