Versatile and rich, this wine can accompany every stage of a meal from being an aperitif right through to the cheese board. Its elegant structure and density give it body which might not be so evident in its ruby red colour. With violets and red fruits on the palate, put it together with grilled meat or spike your sauce with its balanced acidity.

Often used in combination for its gustatory and ageing qualities in champagne and sparkling wines, Pinot Noir is also appreciated as a single grape variety. Cultivated in gravelly soils, it produces deep red wines with notes of undergrowth, cherry and wild fruit.
