Colour: sparkling yellow gold, luminous, with bronze or copper highlights.
Bouquet: complex aromas of walnuts, hazelnut, green almond, undergrowth, exotic spices.
On the palate: powerful, rich and complex attack, followed by aromas of extraordinary fullness on the palate: fresh walnuts, green apple, dried fruits, curry, saffron, ginger.
Serving: at room temperature between 14 and 16°C, possibly decanted a few hours before serving.
